BTW, I love how the left slams Trump for being sexist or a misogynist but runs ads where they purposefully make a woman candidate look physically bad. This is for my district... the one that covers 6-7 counties in ribbons thanks to my lawmakers in Annapolis. I mean, she's not a looker, but this ad really makes her look a lot worse than she really is.

She is running non-stop ads where all they say is Barbara Comstock didn't make a public statement condemning Trump for mocking a disabled reporter. Why is it her job to do that? It literally is her entire campaign the last two weeks. :ohno:
FWIW, National Review gave Barbara a glowing tribute last week.

Here in greater Philly, I'm getting damn tired of "Hillary Junior" Kate McGinty. Corrupt to the core, and I hope Toomey crushes her. Or at least edges her.
We all know the Philly accent, and I don't usually mind it, but something about McGinty speaking it just totally grates on my ears. I watched one and a half of the PA Senate debates and I have no idea how that race is even close. Toomey absolutely destroyed her. She tried to hang her hat on Toomey not saying who he would vote for for President. Since when was that a requirement to run for office?

That would fit in with what they are going for. BTW, I bet they run COMPLETELY different ads for this campaign out in Western Maryland. That ad would appeal to Amie supporters out there.

I have a bunch of shitty choices

US Senator - 83 year old running for reelection. He was first elected to the Iowa Legislature in 1958. But the Dems offer us a 73 year old woman that stands no chance.

US House - Steve King is my current rep. Dems put up a token candidate.

State Representative - Republican that is pro-big ag and voted for the gas tax increase. I bet he'll vote for a sales tax increase next session to fund water quality so the regular taxpayers have to pay it instead of the farmers causing the problem. Dems couldn't even find someone to run against him.

I've already voted absentee. i think this is the first time I've never voted for anyone that was on the ballot. :ohno:
Man am I glad I'm out of Steve King's area.

He's not my problem.

If he doesn't carry 70% I'd be shocked.

I think it will be a little less than 70% this time. I've heard several people say they're not voting for him because they think he's too old. I'm guessing he will still get 65-69.3%.

That was Dan. Fran is the man with a tan. I'm not a fan. He's just an also-ran.

Funny how the Donks in Minnesota are campaigning against millionaire Stewart Mills (Fleet Farm). Calling him a trust fund baby, while Mark Dayton (Target), sits in the governors mansion.
