I'm telling you, I'm looking county by county and comparing it to 2012. Clinton will close the gap. Just a matter if she gets enough to win. Remember, that 97% is polling places, not votes. And what I see is that the remaining 3% are either located in blue areas where Clinton will likely get more votes, or red areas where Trump is ahead of Romney's percentage meaning that Clinton could get more of the remaining votes. It's just a matter of how big those remaining polling places are.

ABC just showed a graphic - the non-white vote for the Republicans jumped 10% from four years ago to 30% going for the Republicans. People can say it was just white voters responsible for this, but non-white voters apparently had a hard time voting for Hillary.
