Just enforce the laws on the books and that is a huge start. Trump, being a business guy and stumping for the Rust Belt knows illegals are killing the working class. If he moved to severely fine and jail employers of illegals then no wall is needed.

That's what I thought it meant, more than a physical wall. Simply enforce/change laws and make it so that legal immigration is a clearer/more desirable path than simply coming in illegally and all that goes with that.
