Its not "ban muslims" or just build a wall. Here's the cliff notes of the 10 point immigration plan:
1. The wall

2. End catch-and-release.

3. Prioritize removal of criminal aliens.

4. End sanctuary cities.

5. Immediately terminate President Obama’s two illegal executive amnesties.

6. There's no "ban muslims" in the plan. Its "Suspend the issuance of visas to any place where adequate screening cannot occur, until proven and effective vetting mechanisms can be put into place."

7. Ensure that other countries take their people back when we order them deported.

8. Creation of biometric entry-exit visa tracking system for all ports of entry (land, sea, air)

9. Turn off the jobs and benefits magnet.

10. Immigration levels within historic norms.

2. Absolutely. When I was in El Salvador it was amazing how many were paroled into the country, ever showed up on their notice to appear, then 5 years later they show up married to a USC with an immigrant visa petition, and USCIS granted the ineligibility waivers. This is doable almost overnight and will close a big loophole.

3. No brainer. Going to need more USCIS peeps though.

4. Threaten their Federal funding and they'll hop in line.

5. I'm still not familiar with the details of those.

6. Our vetting in those countries is already pretty robust, but as with all "vetting", it is only as good as the info you already have. What we do now is excellent at weeding out known or potential bad actors. The problem is that for every one bad actor we know or suspect, there are several that are not on anybody's radar. We'll see how this one goes.

7. Easily done. Cancel those countries' politician's wives' visas and they'll be begging for us to send them their wayward children as fast as we can.

9. I assume this means fines and jail for employers who hire illegals. Yes, please.

10. Not sure what this means. Our legal immigration levels aren't out of whack. I'd get rid of the K1 fiancée and pretty much all of the "F" family preference visas, though.
