Wasn't Kentucky, the weed-growing capital of the lower 48, the first state called for Trump?
Does not compute.
I think MaryJane is the bogeyman of the faux-righteous for sure, but not conservatives, at least libertarian-leaning conservatives anyway.

And until they figure out how to bifurcate the effects of drug use from increased costs of single-payer healthcare, I will not support the legalization of any of them. People want to kill themselves? Fine. But not on my dime.

I saw the segment on 60 Minutes about Colorado's experience. The pediatricians and cops they interviewed told me all I need to know about whether marijuana is a gateway drug (yes) and whether it has harmful side effects on pregnant mothers and newborns (yes). If they legalize that stuff, there should be the same disclosure requirements they have for tobacco.89Hen wrote:kalm wrote:

Hogwash Ivy. It's completely safe, has no extra baggage, harms nobody, and in fact is a cure all for just about every ailment known.Ivytalk wrote:I saw the segment on 60 Minutes about Colorado's experience. You care about it enough to go back to your straw man from the old weed legalization thread about it being harmless.89Hen wrote:kalm wrote:

But here's your chance...answer my questions, and then for extra credit explain about all the "bad issues" that have arisen since it's now legal in certain states and we'd be better off as a society if it were still illegal.
