Um no. Same two questions and I added a 3rd for extra credit based on YOUR most recent comment.
Nice stall....

The extra credit one is the only one that pertains to anything I've posted. As I've said over and over and over... I don't think pot is horrible, but there are plenty of folks here and around the country that do think it's the cure all for taxes, health, etc.. and think there are no side effect to legalization. It's only been a little while for Colorado and other states so there's not enough data yet on the real effects, but some are poking up already.

DENVER -- Some prosecutors in Colorado say they're noticing a new trend: An increase in murders motivated by marijuana.

Doctors report a spike in pot-related emergency room visits—mostly due to people accidentally consuming too much of potent edible pot products. Police face new cartel-related drug operations. Parents worry about marijuana being sold near their homes and schools. And less affluent communities like Pueblo struggle with the unintended consequences of becoming home to this emerging and controversial industry.
The first question I asked you was literally what the OP was about...classifying non-narcotic weed extract products like lip balm and skin lotion as level 1 narcotics...the same as cocaine and heroin. The 2nd question applied to your own enjoyment of fine crafted ales. You know where I was going with that so rather than answer the question and look like a hypocrite, you hide behind Refer Madness tactics.
No one here thinks it's a cure all. No one here thinkgs there are no side effects to legalization. We already spent something like 5 pages in the old thread convincing you that it isn't harmless either....after you took a couple of us too literally.
As for the problems you listed...of course increases in pot related everything are going to go up. There are more people using it. The availability and novelty of edibles for first time users drives much of the ER visits. Edibles are metabolized by the liver and provide a stronger high. Newbs simply eat too much and get massively paranoid. See Maureen Dowd's experience from last year when she visited Colorado and ate a big brownie.
But these should go down as well. Stores literally post the amount of THC and the properties of each brand and the friendly cashiers are more than happy to provide advice on how much to consume and which varieties are good for going on a hike or cleaning the garage versus sitting in the dark and listening to Dark Side of the Moon. (I always hated the deep, heavy, body highs caused by indicas and eventually quite because of them. I didn't know nor was privvy to other varieties that were the more energetic laugh your ass off highs. Thanks to legalization you can now choose one that makes movies funnier or one that helps you sleep).
As for the murders..."some prosecuters are noticing"...sounds scientific to me!

What about overall murder? Or murders associated with dealing?
Or a comparison to alcohol related murders and ER visits?
Increased tax revenue and jobs and less time and dollars wasted on interdiction and incarceration equals a massive win for the smart states...as long society doesn't fall apart at the seems....
