Quad bogey. Goes from a five stroke lead 45 minutes ago to three shots behind Danny Willett.

Willet is the hot hand right now. Probably gonna be a Brit champ this year with Westwood right behind. DJ and Spieth still with prayers.

Many props to Spieth for getting his head screwed back on. Another birdie to get within two with three holes to play.

...and a helluva tee shot at 16. Another birdie pending.

Stick a fork in Spieth. Willett wins.

Character builder for Spieth.

Overrated. I see it fine on my TV. Might even mix up a Tom Collins and listen to some Neil Diamond while I watch :coffee:

I've never met anyone disappointed with the experience of being at the Masters.

I actually turned DOWN an offer last year and this year (and presumably next year and the year after)...daughter's college nationals are in Daytona that weekend every year, and until she's done, I'll be there instead of the Masters.

I went to Thurs-Fri practice rounds a number of years back. Whatever quality your TV is doesn't do it justice.

They'll rape you on shirts and hats, but beers and pimiento sandwiches are pretty cheap.

Augusta National is an eclectic place. Food and drinks are cheap, dirt cheap. Merchandise is way over the top expensive. Just a few years ago, it was stuck way deep in the hood. Kinda like a little oasis in the south side of Chicago. They've spent about $60 million (so far) and started buying up all the surrounding neighborhoods to make them parking lots...for free parking. Even loaned the city about $20 million to re-route a highway. :?

So reading up on this, it would seem they are serious about no cell phones at the event. They will pull your badge and kick you out... for life. We are getting the badges from a friend and I can't really risk it.
