Huntsman being floated as US AMB to Russia

If Huntsman is nominated then I think I'll have to change my stance from "Maybe Trump colluded with the Russian" to "Trump definitely didn't collude with the Russians"

I said in an earlier post that Sessions would have known better than to say or do anything compromising in his contacts with the Russian ambassador because that's how they manipulate you- through blackmail. It is the number one lever in the Russian playbook.

The Russians don't like Huntsman because they see him as a hawk, and he's been openly critical of them. He's also a smart, experienced diplomat and of course he was previously the US AMB to China.

If the Russians have anything on the Trump admin, a Huntsman nomination would not happen.
