The majority of people in the country DID want Trump as president. Just because some people never vote doesnt mean their choice of president is invalid.

Trump won in an electoral landslide

Pull that crap with my wife in a restaurant and you'll be wearing dentures back to Capitol Hill
And then you'd be in jail and worrying about losing your career.

No the majority of the people didn't want Trump to be President and no Trump did not win in an electoral landslide. You know that. Look, you wanted Trump to be President and you got what you wanted. But I know you know better than to think that the majority of the People in the country wanted that. And I know you know better than to say that he won in an Electoral College landslide in the context of Electoral College victories.

For instance: He said that he had the biggest Electoral college victory since Reagan. Uhhh.. no. His electoral college victory ranks 6th among the 8 Presidential elections held since Reagan last won.

I bet the Russians were behind those poll numbers favoring Hillary right before the election. They wanted to lull the Hillary voters into complacency while riling up and motivating the Trump voters. Oh, they're so devious, those Russians!!!!!

Spicer is the exact opposite of that guy. Can you imagine how boring he'd be to watch if he was that guy? Thankfully Spicer has no clue what he's doing or saying, and he has the self-control of a 4-year old. Gawd, he's enjoyable to watch.

If you buy it thats on you. At least Maddow does seem be digging up a lot more dirt than Hannity, who appears to specialize in ranting al pedo.

This. Much of the American population do not know the difference between news and opinion. I have been watching this closely over the last year. There are shows that are strictly opinion like Mr. Maddow, Hannity, O'Reilly, etc., but when you are watching the news on these networks, they interject opinion. They tell you what to think about a certain event. Print is no different. I don't know where to get solid news anymore.

Hahaha. My buddies from high school that graduated with honors wound up taking remedial math at Clemson and Carolina before dropping out. Now they check fire extinguishers and manage a beer delivery route. :)

Hillary Clinton lost. But most people in the United States did not want Trump as President. And you know that.

"The People" did not want Trump. If you'd have just gone with how "The People" voted, Hillary Clinton would be President right now.

There is a putz quota at Harvard. Just like it has quotas for preppies, blacks, Hispanics, Catholics, azzholes from Southern Illinois, and Joos.

We've been through this before. The polls indicated that Clinton would win the popular vote and she did. The polls also indicated that the Electoral College was too close to call.

The approval rating polls are national polls. The RealClearPolitics average on the eve of the election was Hillary Clinton by 3.3 percentage points. She won the popular vote by 2.1 percentage points. The difference between the average of polls and the actual result was only 1.2 percentage points.

Right now Trump's Approval - Disapproval rating at RealClearPolitics is at -11.6 percentage points.

Your post is an example of why it's important that most people do not understand/realize that the polls were NOT dramatically off. A little bit off. Yes. But the bottom line is they correctly picked the popular vote winner and could not have been wrong on the Electoral College winner because the Electoral College was too close to call.

I could look it up but it's virtually certain that the actual popular vote margin was within the range indicated by the final YouGov polls represented in those results. To me the fact that someone would put those results up thinking that they show that the "polls were wrong" shows how ignorant people are when it comes to interpreting the results of statistical surveys.

You have a poll that estimated the margin at 4 percentage points and the actual margin was 2.1 percentage points. To think that shows that the poll was wrong is...well...just ignorant. I say that with all due respect but it is.
