-likely to be very expensive (way more than initially projected), economically negative, and not work as intended

-little to no worldwide benefit due to the above and India, China, 3rd World..
Sweden has become so good at recycling, they're literally having to import trash to keep their waste to energy plants burning. Reusing, repairing, and recycling are conservative practices that the public is embracing.
Move to Sweden if it's so great

I'm not so arrogant to think our industries haven't CONTRIBUTED. We've put a lot of shit into the air. My biggest problem is that so much pro/con research is extremely biased and/or has been falsified. I'm not referring to any human mistakes in calculations but deliberate attempts to deceive. It's like that Dr. that lied about the link between vaccines and autism. People that like put a negative light on legit research.
Thanks Ted Danson!

Nah. I like where I'm at. Just suggesting that innovations from other countries might be worth trying. EG: the Swedish penis pump has improved your standard of living quite a bit. No?

Backers of a proposed constitutional amendment seeking California’s secession from the U.S. can begin collecting voter signatures to qualify for the 2018 ballot, the secretary of state’s office said Thursday.

The so-called Calexit movement emerged within days of the upset presidential victory of Republican Donald Trump, who lost California by nearly 4.3 million votes. A recent Reuters/Ipsos poll showed that nearly one in three Californians support the state leaving the U.S.

Proponents have until July 25 to collect 585,407 valid voter signatures to qualify for the November 2018 ballot.

These crybabies have been whinning for a long time. If California left, the Democrats would be in even more trouble than they already are. That's a huge base.

Logically, I don't see it happening.
Why don't we give California back to Mexico?

There never really was one in the places that matter. Lack of investment in sufficient infrastructure over the last few decades put this state in that situation. It'll happen again. :coffee:
Yeah, who needs that groundwater in the Central Valley.

I fully support this, as long as the US gets to keep San Diego County, to include Camp Pendleton and the SD Naval bases as a sort of Guantanamo-like military outpost. I still want to be able to go hit the good surf spots without dealing with a border crossing. :thumb:

Cali is a blue state, bro. By definition they contribute more to the feds than they receive. :coffee:

You should probably re-read my statement...then try again.
