You know, there hasn't been a lot of discussion of that but I do think it's quite possible that the Green Party once again cost the Democrats a Presidency when they won the popular vote. That's because if you add Stein's vote to Clinton's in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, the total in each State exceeds Trump's vote total. And I think it's pretty much a given that if someone who voted for Stein would still have voted with no Stein in the race that person would've voted for Clinton.

Those three States account for 46 electoral votes. Swing them to Clinton's column and she wins the Electoral College by 278 to 260.

I don't really blame the Stein voters because I think there was a problem with pundits publicly declaring that Clinton was a lock when that was clearly not what the polls were indicating (as I posted on the night prior to the election, they were indicating that the Electoral vote was not a done deal at all...i.e. too close to call). I'm sure most if not all of them thought Clinton was going to win regardless. But it's still true that the Green Party very well might have screwed the Democrats again.
