I'd side with the Military over the political BLM, SJW, crybabies any day, but they are all deployed overseas.

Not true. We CAN'T have the entire military deployed overseas at one time outside of a declared war. If that were the case, we wouldn't have any reserve options if the "poop" hit the fan.

A bigger issue is how spread out our military home bases are, both for strategic and practical reasons. Not good for EXECUTING a coup (there's probably not enough at the Pentegon to take over the White House, at least not without getting some Marines from Camp Lejeune), but if the coup WAS somehow executed, that spread might help ENFORCE the coup around the country...IF one can get past the Posse Comitatus Act, that is....

With our set-up, a coup just isn't practical, IMO, even if there WERE elements of the military willing to "go there." Which there most likely are NOT....
