But if you must know, increased revenues from the tax cuts, and then cuts/elimination of entitlement programs, and then payroll tax increases....

1) a 10% increase in Military spending
2) a tax cut
and
3) a trillion dollar infrastructure increase

in the same fiscal cycle

Military and infrastructure spending are two of the very few things government should be spending money on. Look it up! It's right there in the constitution!

The Constitution does mention postal roads... Article I, section 8, clause 7
