If Federal gun laws are passed that some states disagree with, can they become gun sanctuary states???

...because other guns *cough Mini-14* cough* do the same thing (if not better) than the scary guns...

The only modern weapon allowed would be bolt-action rifles and revolvers...

I was thinking more along the lines of what CA tried to do to ban the AR15 2 years ago...mini 14 didn't meet their specs...and a $2 piece of aluminum mod allowed ARs to skirt the law as well.

Yeah anything that goes after anything "semi-auto" will ban everything not bolt action or revolver...which is why it will never pass.
