EC is in Howard County right across the Patpsco from Catonsville, Baltimore County. We had 10.6" compared to EC's 8" Only we are at the top of the hill, Old Town EC is at the rivers edge.

It's unfortunate, it was a fun place to visit. The recent subdivisions at the top of the ridge in EC are the cause of this. Water goes down hill always.

I haven't heard any reports of casualties; hard to watch that and believe there weren't any..

I take it the townspeople had enough time to unass the AO then, because that looks like a "no survivors" type of flash flood. Those buildings must have some serious foundation under them.

Lots of people are talking about not rebuilding. Eventually, insurance companies are going to refuse to pay, if not now. I know a ton of people in Catonsville are having their insurance companies refuse to pay for basement damage.
