In today's political climate you're committing business suicide excluding some group of people.

It'll get around on social media that you're a bigotry-filled, bigoted bigot-bigot and then you're in deep poop.

Can you imagine the social media frenzy if a pitcher had refused to start a world series game, because his religious holiday occurred on that day?

According to wiki/US Census 2017 est, Seattle has about 725k people. Acccording to the the 2012-2016 American Community Survey (ACS), 7% “of African origin”, so that would be over 50k black people in the city.

Metro area about 3.9 million, 5.6% black, so that would be about 220k black people.
JMU Football:
4 Years FBS: 40-11 (.784). Highest winning percentage & least losses of all of G5 2022-2025.

No...
5.6% is not "a lot" of black people
I would guess that the average American Major Metropolitan area has about 15% black population

BTW: Those numbers include the two military bases as well which increase the "black count"
Which is about an hour south of Seattle...

The chart says 7% in the Twin Cities, but the burbs lower the percentage. Minneapolis has 18.6% African American population (63.8% White), and St Paul 13.5% (66.7% White).

There is something "off" about that source. Like for instance as soon as I saw it I knew that there is no WAY New Orleans is only 35% Black. That's a majority Black city. So I went directly to the Census Bureau and it has "Black Alone" making up 59.8% of the population of the city (https://www.census.gov/quickfacts/fact/ ... /PST045216).

Whatever is going on with that "blackdemographics.com" source, I don't think it's accurate.
Well, I believe that I must tell the truth

But if I told the truth and nothing but the truth
Could I ever be a star?

Correct, it didn't settle anything. It just said the commission had an anti-Christian Bias. DJT Jr. shouldn't be celebrating, because his Daddy has an anti-Muslim bias, which can be used against him and his travel ban.

Regardless of how off or on that list is... Seattle is white
and if the Metropolitan area of Seattle has every 1-20 peoples being black
that's low for a Major Metro in USA

If Trump would have banned travel from all 40 something plus Muslim countries, then you might have an argument.

Why would you want to exclude any group of people (based on race, sexuality, religion) from your business? :suspicious:
Could't agree more. But on the other hand why would you want an unwilling contractor providing some good or service for your celebration?

Some things I will just never understand but that probably has to do with the death of common sense lo these many years ago.

Eh.

You just have to play your audience. Remember when conservatives were lining up around the block to stuff their faces with fast food chicken in solidarity?
