No, css is on vacation and had no internet. Here goes the reasoning everyone here loves: Paul was inspired b the Holy Spirit, thus inspired by God.

Will be without internet again for another day, will discuss vacation etc., when I get home.
Please enjoy your vacation... fear not - I'll be here harassing you

So... to your point:

That seems rather important.

 Wow. That's just..wow.

If you understand the history of the 3 religions, you would know that it's all the same God.

Hell, the early Jews were more henotheistic than monotheistic. There are many biblical scholars who understand the 1st Commandment to mean that the Israelite's believed in many gods but chose to follow Yahweh. And understanding the historical context of the Israelite's, that belief isn't far fetched.

What makes you so sure?

I mean,I get it. The God of the OT is vengeful, angry, demanding people to kill their sons and slice off the tips of their penises while the God of the NT is a bit more loving and only sacrificing his son.

If you want something more, Christianity and Islam are Abrahamic religions (as is Judaism) meaning they worship the God of Abraham, among other things.

Let me answer your question with a question.

Is the Mormon God the same as the Muslim or Christian God?

No. Mormonism isn't an Abrahamic religion. Besides, it's more Christian Restorationist like the Anabaptists or Puritans.

irrelevant...
Hilarious and moronic but irrelevant

To the point:
The concept of "Divine Inspiration" being enough to damn the whole world
Even though Jesus or God said NOTHING on the topic is beyond ridiculous

Secondly:
Paul considered his writings to be holy scripture - imagine how insane that person has to be
I'm going to write some stuff down that Jesus never said

If only Christianity were "all about Jesus"

Paul circles around a half dozen times claiming that if you don't believe him you're damned
and that when "I write stuff" it is not the word of man but the word of God

It's a dizzying admission that he knows he's full of sh!t so he more than doubles down
And writes repeatedly about how "he's the word" because he had a vision

Can that be enough to damn everyone on earth to hell..?
The whole thing stands up to exactly zero investigation, introspection or reasoning

Divinely Inspired has proven to just mean "batsh!t crazy"

How do you know God didn't inspire Paul or others?

Also, God was very explicit on those using Him as a source of information in regards to prophecy.

How do you know God didn't inspire Paul or others? You are on record many times as having absolutely no clue on what God is or does or wants. Are you limiting God's abilities?

Also, God was very explicit on those using Him as a source of information in regards to prophecy.
Indeed, God was very explicit in the Koran as well...
We can read what God said word for word right there
After all it was delivered unto us after the word of Paul
If you're going to be a stickler for the facts the Koran is the Final Word of God

But wait...
The Mormons are the chosen people (after all they came last)
God the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ, appeared to Joseph Smith
and told him the true Church of Jesus Christ was not on the earth
and they had chosen Joseph Smith to restore it...

How can you refute that factual interaction right there..?
God and Jesus both appearing - you can't even top that - that is the final word of God right there

I already answered that. The God of Mormons isn’t the same as the God of Judaism/Christianity/Islam. It’s not the God of Moses.

Was it God/Jesus appearing before Smith or just the angel Monrovi?

How about I just go with "The Prime Mover"
no additional human manipulation and conniving required
No guide book written by humans pretending to be angels or divinity

Just The Prime Mover and Life as it exists right now

thus allowing me to manipulate that information and have God favor me and alter outcomes

Oh my. Exactly what I expected. :ohno:

No coherent thought whatsoever. You've simply cobbled together enough catch phrases and thoughts of your atheisim to have created your own intelligent design style argument. You don't have proof of anything or even a stance, you just know that everyone else is incorrect. :dunce:

Classic Cleets.

by the way "cobbled together" would imply many divergent ideas
but I have no divergence at all - what I believe is infinitely more simple than Christianity

It gets no simpler to my knowledge
Prime Mover... The End - Nothing diverges from there forward
everything else is as it presents itself - what you see is what you get

no holy secrets
no holy mysteries
no mysticism
Nobody had to return from the dead
No virgins are required to give birth
No guy like Peter pretending to know what God wants for everybody else

No faith required
other than "Prime Mover"
There was nothing and now there's something - therefore God
The End

and because I fail to be convinced about other peoples claims of miracles
Only means you and I mostly agree - as you too have failed to be convinced of others claims
minus one specific claim
