I guess we should say that it's a Grand Jury thing so none of it has been definitely established beyond a reasonable doubt. But. I mean. C'mon.

I hope that's true.93henfan wrote:I just saw where PA is about to open up a serious can of whoop-ass on the catholic church. They’re going to vote to eliminate the statute of limitations on the case. Time for Francis to get his check-writing hand limbered up.
Excellent news. That’s how you make real change in this world. Hit somebody’s pocket book.

I'm not minimizing this report, its very disturbing. They all should be sent away until they die..

Those that died and were not caught are getting theirs, right now. As with those who covered for them. ANYONE who abused children or covered for them should be sent away for a very long time.dbackjon wrote:andy7171 wrote:1000 children over 70 years by 300 priests. Horrible, of course. Those are only the ones that have come forward. Thousands likely have died by now, thousands more won't come forward for various reasons.
If they have caught 300 priests, there are probably hundreds more they didn't catch. Plus the thousands of priests that covered this up.
And the Catholic Church is still covering it up.
I never said this was a "nothing burger" (nice use of a cliche, btw. About what I expect from you).Chizzang wrote:Where's Joe Nothing Berger..?JohnStOnge wrote:This is really bad. Yea, because taking money need for inner-city food shelters, so Jeff Anderson can buy another Hummer, is a great idea.93henfan wrote:I just saw where PA is about to open up a serious can of whoop-ass on the catholic church.
