Third: NDSU has had a prison full of people in trouble. UNI has had Johnny, Victor (wrongfully charged), and now Austin.

Fourth: From the sounds of the case it sounds like the charges against Austin are over blown. Supposedly him, his brother, and this other guy beat the guy unconscious then continued to beat him after he was down. To me it sounds like this man should have been hospitalized for a couple of days, if not at least over night. This guy was merely treated and released for minor injuries.


I'm not excusing what Austin and his brother did by any means, because there is no excuse for it. However, before I chastise him, I would at least like to know the extent of his fuck up.

Truth be told the UNI clan did a lot of ball busting on Montana so I do think what comes around goes around on this one but the UNI guys on this board weren't the ones doing it. Mostly I remeber Ronin trying to get personal and a couple of others so this is the wrong target audience.

The fact that Stiechen is a big fuck can't be used an excuse as to what amount of damage he could have done.
