That was a tough one. In a pure driving sense, Ocon had position. In the sense that Max was leading, Esteban was a lap down, and Max doesn't win every week, I think the penalty was appropriate.

I am not speaking to the penalty. But if I was, like you said Ocan had the position and was all the way over on the right curb when Verstappen decided to turn down into him.
