It's Trump determining that. What would be great is if enough Republicans in the House and the Senate said, "enough if enough with this guy" and voted to override his veto. But they won't. They've got no integrity.

And BTW remember that the promise was that Mexico would pay for the wall. To be saying now that he's going to veto an appropriations bill because it does not fund his wall is absurd.
It's Schrodinger's everything in this administration. All is amazing forever and they keep winning, and all is awful and it's the Democrats' fault.

Let's face it: the GOP won all branches of government, managed to fuck it up, and they're about to go out with a government shutdown. As the party currently exists, it's designed to be the minority. They have a persistent persecution complex and need to be the minority in order to fuel it. You see this from Evangelicals, you see it from conservatives on this board, and you see it in the propaganda cons push out.

It’s why they had to invent the Deep State - a miraculous even more powerful government oppressing them, keeping them down, and preventing them from creating a conservative utopia...even as they control everything. They just can't operate without being the underdog.

Change this to Donks and you can already say the exact same thing. WHILE they’ve been in the minority they’ve had a persistent persecution complex. But if you can’t see that, you’re in denial.

This. Troops were sent in by Obama due his bungling of the Syrian "red line". Obama lets the commanders on the ground take the gloves off and they largely clean out ISIS (and some Russian too) and now he is getting the troops out. Pretty damn hysterical seeing the "anti-war" left getting upset about this move. Keep feeding arms to the Kurds and do the no fly zone and that area of the globe should be good.

Last I checked getting troops out of the ME is a good thing, not sure why anyone sees it as a bad thing...oh yeah, Orange Man bad.

Yes, the butt clinches a bit. I was OK with Trump because I knew that there were proverbial adults in the room.

As the adults leave, you start to worry about what the kids left will break.

I try to envision a way to get him to resign, but there doesn't appear to be any quit in the dude.

I think he meant to respond to Howdie's post "He'll leave when there is nothing left to steal. Taking down his foundation was a nice step." Why don't we just agree that at best both the Trump and Clinton Foundations engaged in unethical behavior and at worst they were criminal enterprises.

Don't know what sort of troops Saudi and UAE can provide, but supposedly troops will be sent to protect the Kurds.

You mean he shouldn't have warned the Russians before he sent the Tomahawks to the empty airfield?

I'm talking about the time Russian troops advanced on a fixed US troop position and got completely obliterated.
Shortly after the strikes, various Russian unofficial sources began to publicize information that a number of Russian "volunteers" (PMCs) had been killed in the strikes,[2][41] with some posts on Russian social media making claims of over 200 Russian PMCs being killed, although the veracity of this information was questioned[42] and could not be confirmed.[43] A Russian paramilitary chief, a known critic of the company that hired the contractors, also claimed 218 PMCs were killed and that the families were still waiting for their remains.[44] Additionally, a Russian military doctor, a leader of a PMC-linked paramilitary Cossack organization and a source with ties to Wagner claimed 80–100 PMCs were killed and 200 wounded.[45]
