Almost as bold as Trump flying to Iraq and telling a group of war zone military members that they are getting a 10% raise when they all damn well know it was 2.4%. Or that it was their biggest raise in 10 years, when it was lower than the raises approved by Obama in 2009, 2010, and 2011 (3.9, 3.9, 3.4%).
