He must have really wanted to deliver the SOTU.

Open the government for a couple of weeks, deliver SOTU, and then we're right back in the same place. And, he feels like he'll be in a better place after delivering a ripe pile of Stephen Miller horsehit to rally his Red Hats. Hopefully, I'm wrong, though.
