Senate passed one by unanimous consent. House under Ryan never brought it to the floor because Trump threw a hissy fit.

The Senate voted one down yesterday

Today the Senate and House will finally pass one.

I'm hoping that the Democrats force a civilian raise into the legislation equal to the military, overriding Trump's freeze. We deserve it. :nod:
