The 2 men -- both white and wearing ski masks -- viciously attacked Jussie as he fought back, but they beat him badly and fractured a rib. They put a rope around his neck, poured bleach on him and as they left they yelled, "This is MAGA country."

These two racist pricks, just happened to know that this one black guy is from a TV show about black people, and stumbled upon him in the early hours of the morning, ready with ski masks, bleach and a noose? Furthermore, they knew he'd be in town and would go to a Subway (and btw, which Subway is open at 2AM?)

It does sound like a setup. I can't imagine MAGA people are also watching Empire. That's a weird Venn diagram intersection for sure. No doubt he was targeted by somebody - certainly not a random attack.

You don't see me agreeing with Trip that often but, if someone wants to fight then let them. I wish I was fit for duty when I tried to join in 2001.

For one of the MANY reasons that individuals are determined to be not fit for duty....Transgenders need long and expensive hormone treatments and surgeries...there’s TONS of examples of people being not considered fit for duty who needed long and expensive medical treatments. It’s about DEPLOYABILITY. Period. End of story.
