Trump should declare at the SOTU that he is calling on Congress to vote for declarations of war in all the places we are currently fighting, or else he will end them.

Agreed. I wrote a 35-page paper on this in grad school last year, taking the Constitutional conservative position on warmaking. My Donk professor loved it.

Why do you think Congress has allowed the Executive such wide latitude since WWII? They don’t want the collective responsibility... makes it harder to spend 30 years in DC

That’s why I scoff at all the “democracy dies in darkness” histrionics from the WaPo and their fellow travelers

If the media was doing its job and watching the actual ball there would be a lot less Russia and Trump Tweet Farts and a little more “does the Constitution say something about this?” going on
