With a position like this, I’m sure the Democrats are on their way to a victory in 2020...

So the position of op Ed writers hurts Harris with moderate 2A supporters because she owns a gun?

Oh.

So not owning a hand gun is a litmus test because one reporter says so?
Do you think it won't be part of the litmus test for some Donk primary voters?

It's a very crowded field and this could hurt her. Will she own it or flip flop? Owning it could really help her in the general but she has to get there first. It's a conundrum for her.

I’m sure it will for some but if a Dem doesn’t win the general, the storyline won’t be if ‘if only they’d nominated a gun owner.’

Liberal gun ownership attitudes range widely from state to state...
In some states it will hurt her
in other states it will not

most liberals - contrary to Fox News misinformation - have no problem with gun ownership
they just think - like automobile ownership - it should be regulated

That would apply if they were single issue voters. Gay Republicans and gun toting liberals are clearly not. :coffee:

Apparently it is now.

I think you are underestimating the amount of retard the left is capable of.

It's definitely possible for the Democrats to screw things up but WHOEVER emerges from the Democrat field will have a chance because most people in this country do not want Trump as President. There's a very widespread "anybody but Trump" sentiment.

Yes, some would be better than others. But any of them will have a chance because Trump is a really weak candidate. And if the next economic downturn that is inevitably coming comes at an opportune time, like say about 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2020, Trump is toast.
Well, I believe that I must tell the truth
And say things as they really are
But if I told the truth and nothing but the truth
Could I ever be a star?

You mean regulated MORE

and then another shooting happens

and then calls for more regulation

It isn’t today’s liberals that irritate me. It is tomorrow’s. Many things are occurring today which yesterday’s liberals scoffed at

On a side note.... remember when Woke Joe Biden voted in the Senate to restore Robert E Lee’s citizenship?

Do you think violent felons should be able to buy guns? How about RPG’s?

Also, does this just apply to guns?
