1) He's got unlimited resources
2) unless they've got DNA evidence this will be difficult
3) any mistake by prosecution nulls the whole damned thing

I'm not confident in our system - no matter how obviously guilty he is

The NYT reporter that originally covered the case said there are notes from powerful individuals to Epstein along the lines of “hey I’m at the hotel, waiting”...implying waiting for a girl.

There could be some heavy weights involved in this and at the very least, Trump should be firing Acosta, stat.
