There is a kid here in Logan, Utah, that is being touted by the experts as a 1st rounder. Jordan Love.

Giants just ended the Eli Manning era as they named Daniel Jones the starter. Does Pittsburgh trade for Eli?

Looks like they pulled the trigger faster than I expected.

They're only a game behind the Eagles.

I would argue that only these few teams are "all done"

Miami 0-3 / management shipped off all the talent
Denver 0-3 / Brutal division - They will lose to the Chargers and Chiefs so they're already 0-7
Pittsburgh 0-3 / They aren't as good as ANY of the teams in their division so they are already 0-8

Meh... probably not much of a chance
But their three loses have come to playoff teams
Cowboys / Eagles / Bears

They'll win 2 of their next 3... but yeah they're probably done
Their schedule is brutal

Win 2 of the next 3? Heck, they might be the first team to lose to the Dolphins when they play them 3 weeks from now.

I called the Skins season as soon as the schedule came out. It's set up perfectly for the typical Redskins season. 1-4 to start, replace QB and maybe fire a coach or two, then the schedule softens up for them to maybe think about getting to 5-7 before losing the last four games of the season. Will be great radio around here.

I say they lose one against the Dolphins or Giants. If I win, I get to tell you I told you so. If I lose, you get to say it.

BTW, apparently the NFL is only going to save turning over uncalled pass interferences for the playoffs, and then maybe only for games involving the Saints. In the Eagles/Packers game last night, two non-called pass interferences went to review, and IMO, both could credibly be called pass interference - on the one not called on the Eagles, the defender literally had a hand pushing up the facemask of the receiver while initiating contact before it got there. And on the one not called on the Packers, the defender literally took the hand of the receiver just prior to the ball getting there and moved it substantially preventing the catch. If you're not overturning those no calls again, are they just waiting for the critical one in a playoff game?

Agreed - both were pretty obvious pass interference

Yes, both were ridiculous.

I also was surprised Dougie didn't toss the red flag on the obvious trap by GB. I guess he was saving it for another uncalled PI, just in case. :D

Wow... I did not see that comin'

You're totally correct the Redskins are done - I attributed their losses to the quality of their opponents
but I see that I made an over valuation of their actual talent

The Saints defense beat the Cowboys, not Teddy.

I was actually rooting for the Cowboys, as the Saints are the biggest threat to the Eagles in the playoffs.

That's if the Eagles make the playoffs. Our defense is horrid.

Will have to see if Bree's makes it back this season and how long Bridgwater can stay healthy.

They mentioned during the game last night that he is hoping to be back by week 8.
