I guess Florida/LSU has the greatest impact nationally this year. I went with USC/Notre Dame because of the tradition involved.

Don't get Ganny started. He's a regular Rudy when it comes to the Domers.

Oh come on, who doesn't love it when USC travels to Notre Dame in October every other year? That's what college football is supposed to look like.

With that said, Florida/LSU is the bigger game impact-wise. USC isn't as good since they lost their QB earlier in the year, Notre Dame would need help to get back into the playoff picture (although winning out looks like a very real possibility - one loss seasons with that one loss being a close loss in Athens GA aren't too shabby), so Fla/LSU will have more impact.

I remember a business trip years ago in Chicago where my hotel was full of USC fans in various maroon-and-gold outfits. Grand old rivalry.

Will another PSU undefeated season go down in flames in a corn field?

It always seems like the Lions go to Iowawesome to die.

Watching LSU Florida game. Florida is a better team with the guy they have at QB now. In watching I don't know why Franks was starting. Florida caught a break by virtue of Franks getting hurt. This guy is good. Much better than Franks.
