I have the utmost respect for you most of the time, however, we are just going to have to disagree with one another on this one. And, I'm not even talking about the whole does Global Climate Change exist/is it influenced by human action/what will be the end results debate. What I am saying to you, is that when you use weak, unscientific, off the wall arguments like abnormally cool weather in Tennessee as evidence that proves the overall warming/climate change is a farce is really sad and makes you look disingenuous. Sorry if that pisses you off, but it's true. You sound like a poor caricature of Rush. If Gore is ridiculous in his overzealousness, then you are his foil.

After all the posting I've done on this topic, sourced with SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH SUPPORTING MY COUNTER ASSERTION, I'd hoped you could recognize ironic sarcasm when you see it.
The Gorista AGW meatheads have used this same "science by coincidence" AS THE BASIS FOR THEIR 21st CENTURY ANATHEMA OF HUMANITY.
REPEATEDLY...INCESSANTLY... the public is told of specific environmental incidents allegedly CAUSED by AGW. Polar ice melting; Glacial ice melting; changes in specific indigenuous plant growth patterns; coral reef bleaching; migratory path changes; and on and on and on...
...none of which have proven that any climatological changes are the result of human presence or byproduct emissions.
Let me repeat that...
...even the IPCC, a cherry picked group of scientists whose job was to PROVE a link between climatological change and mankind, COULDN'T MAKE THE CONNECTION. Since then, THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF SCIENTISTS AND RESEARCH PROJECTS have not only disproven the IPCC's research and conclusions, but DESTROYED the faux-science theory purported by The Liar Gore, AND FURTHER, have zeroed in on these incidents cited by the AGW snake-oil salespeople and repeatedly found the true causes were not only non-anthropogenic in cause, but often times normal (natural), cyclical, ecological changes.
Yet, every day, our politicians and state run media separate vertebrae straining their necks in search of coincidental events which can be "spun" into an AGW incident via a pitch wholely based on notion and innuedo, sans science, and more befit in a Harry Potter tale.
My purpose in posting this "Nashville" story, as was (I'm confident) with the person who singled it out in press coverage, was to mock the AGW salepeople's method of pitching environmental incidents out of context in an attempt to further their less than scientific or altruistic agendas.
And, as I've also stated many times in the past...
...I believe in accountability.
Those who lie to further undemocratic, unaltruistic agendas, should be held to account: In this AGW category, Gore is first in line.
After this AGW fad has run it's course (and it will), I will not remain silent and allow the liars to fade away into obscurity or "repackage" themselves in preparation for another assault on our social order. Al Gore is a liar who misjudged the response of the body politic: Expect to hear his name for many years to come...but not in praise.
