Three different sources say a firm called "Shadow" developed the Iowa Dem caucus app. They haven't responded to comment, neither has Iowa Dem Party. The firm was paid by both Nevada & Iowa Democratic Party, disclosures show. Also by Mayor Pete's campaign.

Agree, DNC and corporate dems are in panic mode of this Bernie surge. I want Bernie to ride this wave as far as it will take him because the DNC outcry will be epic.

Disagree. Trump won the rustbelt by a near-invisible margin - its all in play.

Yep. We’ve already seen how establishment candidates fare. Gore, Kerry, McCain, Romney, Clinton. Bush was a guy you could have a beer with. Obama ran on hope and change. Populism wins elections...including faux populism like Trump’s. Bernie or Yang are his biggest threats.

THIS. I can't see this as a system that is best for getting people to participate. And I have zero faith in the people running it doing things in a most direct and efficient manner. Looks like several hours of life that people won't get back.
The donk Iowa caucus. What an UTTER DISASTER. Going on 40 hrs after it ended, and they STILL haven’t reported all the results. The donks can’t even run a small population state caucus, and they want to run the govt, including taking over healthcare.

Still surprised at how well Pete did overall. A lot of people must've decided Biden is too old and senile and Pete and Klobuchar benefited. Looking at the NY Times map of results the college campus counties still have precincts not reported. That should help Bernie's numbers go up.
It's ridiculous that the Iowa Dem Party still doesn't have all the results out yet. Everybody could've driven them to Dem HQ in Des Moines by now.
Biden is definitely benefiting because there is little discussion about how poorly he did.

Wouldn’t be surprised if the delay was orchestrated by the DNC to prop up Biden, hurt Sanders, with the App as a convenient excuse. Literally within the last week:
-Changed the debate rules to allow Bloomberg (Plan B, Biden is plan A).
-Des Moines register didn’t do their usual pre caucus poll. Hurts Sanders/helped Biden.
-Held up releases caucus results. Again hurts Sanders/helps Biden.
The DNC is going to do everything possible to stop Sanders/prop up Biden. They are really getting desperate.

Look!! Exspandos is back!!
-last min change of the debate rules.
-Iowa poll being nixed.
-Caucus votes still not fully released after 3 days when could have done 100% paper ballots delivered by Pony Express by now.
-Hillary Clinton’s people developed Shadow.
-Shadow paid 10s of k by the Buttigeg campaign.
Yep
