Concern? You're waving the death rate in our faces, then want to be concerned because the death rate is being vastly overreported? :suspicious: :suspicious:

If it's true there are really 10x the # of cases than those reported, that makes the death rate 0.2%. Like a mild flu.

Is it still a rally when only 75 people show up? Because that's about what they have at normal "rallys".... :coffee:

Listen to the podcast or read the article from Trumps 1st DHS head or pay attention to CID’s subtle warnings, and then let me know if you still require further splainin.

Same with seasonal flu numbers (I don't think we keep a tally of 'confirmed seasonal flu' cases. We just estimate it).

I did think that with the number NPR quoted for the flu - between 20k and 40k deaths in the US this season. So basically whatever number we think, and then just double it just in case.

Wa Gov Inslee to announce a ban on groups greater than 250 people tomorrow for at least three counties including King.

Seattle Comicon has been cancelled with 80,000 attendees. So much for superheros I guess...

My nearest grocery store (2 hrs ago) had plenty (TP section about 1/2-1/3 full), and 12 of the 14 PA cases are in the Philly area..

Play it without fans. 2 teams players/coaches/doc/trainers/managers officials, crew to put on the TV broadcast, allow limited media, 100-150 people in the arena.

That’s where the financial impacts come in. Spokane is a host site this year. I’d think the economic hit would be huge.
