I think even the Trump haters have to admit that at least he's basically doing the exact opposite of what someone trying to increase executive power would do.

Even after downplaying this and dragging his feet he's still saying he wants to try to restart the economy on Easter. There's a lot you can say about Trump that's not good, but a wannabe autocrat he is not. He knows he has to win an election and can't use trickery to try and extend his term.
