Ivy's correct. It would have no Constitution.
What document would you have that would govern and protect citizens?
None; each generation can do whatever it pleases with the nation it wants to live in.

It would be an uncodified structure like the UK, Canadians, etc.

Initially, it would only have two branches: Parliament and Judiciary. The Executive's only power would be to serve as the representative of Parliament in international affairs. If future generations want to change it, they can.

Daily message received from Cyniczang. :coffee:
please identify the inaccuracies...
Yes I've become a cynic but it is well-earned
example: our two presidential candidates of 2016 prove the point
The petulant dufus and the subversive cunt
battle it out - and America is left choosing sides and ultimately defending the indefensible two of them

:ohno:
Nice work here, Chizzy!

Like cynicism is a bad thing...

Cynicism is one of the most striking of all the Hellenistic philosophies.[9] It offered people the possibility of happiness and freedom from suffering in an age of uncertainty. Although there was never an official Cynic doctrine, the fundamental principles of Cynicism can be summarized as follows:[10][11][12]

The goal of life is eudaimonia and mental clarity or lucidity (ἁτυφια) - literally "freedom from smoke (τύφος)" which signified false belief, mindlessness, folly, and conceit.
Eudaimonia is achieved by living in accord with Nature as understood by human reason.
Arrogance (τύφος) is caused by false judgments of value, which cause negative emotions, unnatural desires, and a vicious character.
Eudaimonia, or human flourishing, depends on self-sufficiency (αὐτάρκεια), equanimity, arete, love of humanity, parrhesia, and indifference to the vicissitudes of life (adiaphora ἁδιαφορία).[12]
One progresses towards flourishing and clarity through ascetic practices (ἄσκησις) which help one become free from influences – such as wealth, fame, and power – that have no value in Nature. Examples include Diogenes' practice of living in a tub and walking barefoot in winter.
A Cynic practices shamelessness or impudence (Αναιδεια) and defaces the nomos of society; the laws, customs, and social conventions which people take for granted.

I don't think you fully understand the difference between codified and uncodified constitutions. Essentially it's One document (USA) vs Multiple Documents/laws/statutes/traditions (The UK). Either way, Canada isn't truly uncodified. Canada has a mix.

Instead of everything CODIFIED into one document like ours, the laws governing the UK exist in centuries of legal precedent, statues, laws, etc... You're thinking it's an "un written" constitution because it's not in one place.

I think what you WANT to say is that you want a governing document or a series of laws that are uncodified so as to make the laws of society easier to amend as the society evolves or as situations arise.

And that's fair. You would think if you start at ground-zero, over time they would create and amend and destroy laws.

Pretty sure quite more people die trying to go into Europe than the United States. There's no doubt Western civilization is the one which upholds personal freedoms the most, but Western civilization isn't exclusive to the United States.

We also like policing and interfering in world affairs, so let's not forget we often create the situations where people want to come here.

This is clearly a phenomena that started when the US won its independence. Never in world history have countries ever done such things prior to 1776.

You sure are acting like it. Fortunately our Founding Fathers learned from their mistakes, hence a solid document like the Constitution was created to limit the government. Get it now?

All nations lose their relevance over time. Some are just a blip in history while others last for centuries and/or influence nations for centuries after they become irrelevant. It will happen to the US as well.

There will be a lot of beautiful women with caramel colored skin in AZ's world.

I expect that eventually Triptopia will devolve to the point that displays of sexuality are banned and androgyny is the norm.

They're not trying to get into "EVERY' industrialized nation.. 195ish nations in the world. Dozens are considered "Industrialized", the amount varying depending on what source you use. The black, brown, and yellow refugees from Africa, the Middle East, S America, Asia can't get to many of these countries, or know they have no chance of staying. They are mostly trying to get into a select group of industrialized nations. Take Europe. You don't see refugee masses trying to get into Russia. While they are initially trying to get into southern & eastern Europe, those industrialized countries are only seen as stepping stones for their ultimate destinations- largely a select # of western & northern European countries- the 3 German speaking, the Scandinavian and the UK.
