While I don't know any billionaires personally, how many of those lawsuits are connected to his businesses? To Citiadel point, you don't sue a poor person (or business) you go where the money is. How many times does a multi-million dollar corporation get sued a year? a month? Lawsuits are quite common in some businesses and I would guess the real estate industry is at or near the top of litigation amounts. Getting 50 lawsuits (or served papers) in a year is not unusual for many companies. All depends on their business area and the businesses legal council's risk aversion.

I would guess there is probably some consistency in the lawsuits (refusal to honor a contract and pay what is owed) that would cause a rational person to further question his ethics.

The main point is that when Trump is criticized, his supporters jump to defend him by discrediting the hyperbole but ignore the underlying message and evidence that he is a liar, cheat and sexual predator (i.e. a despicable human being). He's done some very good things as president but let's not kid ourselves into believing that he is someone that he isn't.

Probably not, so I guess I might have to take back my statement. Multi-Millionaire just ain't going to do it for me. A person has to have some standards.

And I don't disagree on anything you said and fully agree on your last paragraph. Just wanted to bring up a point that there is a difference in Trump personally being sued and his companies. Do they show us a glimpse of his character either way? I think they do, as the person at the top sets the tone for the entire organization. But the total amount does not show the whole story. And it is a point I would like to think I would of brought up with anybody else, even a Clinton. Along with the fact that while the number of suites seems high to us normal peons, to businesses and the uber wealthy, they are not.
