They just told Carson Wentz that they have no faith in him whatsoever, after giving him $137 M.

I don't follow FBS at all. Is Hurts good? Like other teams would start him? Thus making this a confusing choice?

How many times did the Patriots draft a QB after Brady established himself? I wouldn't read too much into this.

Plus Hurts showed he was a much better QB under Lincoln Riley than he did under Saban. He could develop into a strong backup and/or trade bait.

Looks like they drafted for the future. Rodgers will be 37 at the end of the season. He sat for 3 years waiting for Favre to retire. Both running backs are in their contract years. Pass catching TE was their other pick. Still could use WR help.
