Officer Shoots, Kills Family's Dog

To all those concerned: This was my sister's dog that was killed, and we are asking that people voice their opinion on this case by writting in to the ATL gov't. Nothing will ever be done about this or to prevent this from happening again if we don't speak up! City Councilwoman Natalyn M. Archibong has done some investigation on this case already and you can reach her at narchibong@atlantaga.gov AND CC the mayor mayorfranklin@atlantaga.gov The officer's name is LH Wagaman. I will be very happy to point out what an idiot the officer is. I guess this genious of an officer thought the dog set off the alarm and was part of an overall thievery ring. Somehow this officer thought the dog threatened his life and shot it. I'd hate to think what would happen if the officer encountered a drunk or mentally disabled person who was incapable of answering his commands.
