It is for profit, but the garner 3 mills from a special district, there are two hospital districts in the county, and last I knew a mill in their district is worth about 150K, and it really is a hell of a complex for this community, all buildings are newer than 15 years. So you know the three mills does very little.

I do believe we will take the risk as you suggest when the wife gets her cornea lazered later this year and start putting the dough in a medical IRA type account. I don't like the idea of it, but this policy is just too cheezy. Guess if we run up the big bill and can't pay it, y'all get to chip in on it.

My plan already costs near that now (about $1250) and covers all that I need. If it didn't cover so many things that I don't need, things that are mandated by the government to be there whether they are wanted/needed or not, it wouldn't cost so much.

Out of the first 10K spent, $8,500 is out of pocket. The old plan was $5,200 out of the first 10K, we never had a claim on that.

My mortgage never was over $800.00/month.
