So when you throw a firebomb at the police, remember kids... it isn’t “woke” to blame it on a made-up black guy

ST. LOUIS (AP) — A white couple stood outside their mansion and pointed guns at protesters in St. Louis as the group marched toward the mayor’s home to demand her resignation. Police said people in the crowd yelled threats at the couple.

Mark McCloskey, 63, told a TV station that he and wife, Patricia, both personal injury lawyers, were facing an “angry mob” on their private street and feared for their lives Sunday night.

No charges were brought against them. Police said they were still investigating but labeled it a case of trespassing and assault by intimidation against the couple by protesters in the racially diverse crowd.

The couple are both registered Dems and have given money to Bernie and Senile Joe.

Here's a story on the house and their restoration of it. You can see why they might be a little touchy.

I bet they chose the Red pill now.

Keep it coming Donks...
So you have a violent mob that was tresspassing on a private street, and on this couple's lawn, broke their gate, and threatened to kill them and burn their house down, and the the pro BLM, leftist, St Louis DA Kim Gardner is charging them with felony unlawful use of a weapon & misdemeanor 4th-degree assault. :suspicious: Garnder must not have heard of the Castle Doctrine.

Missouri Attny Gen had already come out and criticized Gardner, and both the Gov of Missouri and Trump have said they would consider pardoning the couple.

Talk about a crooked DA...
ST. LOUIS — The gun Patricia McCloskey waved at protesters was inoperable when it arrived at the St. Louis police crime lab, but a member of Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner's staff ordered crime lab experts to disassemble and reassemble it and wrote that it was “readily capable of lethal use” in charging documents filed Monday, 5 On Your Side has learned.

In Missouri, police and prosecutors must prove that a weapon is “readily” capable of lethal use when it is used in the type of crime with which the McCloskeys have been charged.

Assistant Circuit Attorney Chris Hinckley ordered crime lab staff members to field strip the handgun and found it had been assembled incorrectly. Specifically, the firing pin spring was put in front of the firing pin, which was backward, and made the gun incapable of firing, according to documents obtained by 5 On Your Side.

Firearms experts then put the gun back together in the correct order and test-fired it, finding that it worked, according to the documents.

Crime lab workers photographed the disassembly and reassembly of the gun, according to the documents.

Patricia McCloskey and her husband, Mark McCloskey, have said the handgun Patricia McCloskey waved at protesters was inoperable because they had used it as a prop during a lawsuit they once filed against a gun manufacturer. In order to bring it into a courtroom, they made it inoperable.

Their attorney, Joel Schwartz, confirmed to 5 On Your Side that the McCloskeys intentionally misplaced the firing pin on the gun and that it was in that condition when Patricia McCloskey waved it at protesters and turned it into their former attorney Al Watkins.....

You'd think instead of doing all of that they'd just REMOVE the firing pin.

We all knew this was coming. Stop in the middle of traffic and threaten people in a blue state where guns have been regulated away and nothing happens. Do that stupid shit in a red state with gun rights still intact and this is the result. Initial reports are that one of the protesters stopping traffic had a rifle on them:

In Louisville you had hundreds of heavily armed militia, the Not Fucking Around Coalition (NFAC) black militia on one side, and the 3 Percenters on the other. 3 NFCA shot, apparently by another NFCA member, who must have had an accidental discharge.

It's sad that individuals feel they must have their own militia. That goes for all of them, Black Panthers, NFAC, 3%ers, etc....

I didn't know 3%ers require military members to take an oath that says they'll disobey orders. Fucking traitors. I like that they think they if pushed, they can resist against the US military. I'd love to see them go up against warships, tanks, etc...

Apparently this is the guy that was shot:
A man who admitted to fatally shooting an armed Black Lives Matter protester in Austin on Saturday night was taken into custody and then released pending further investigation, the Texas city's police chief said.

Chief Brian Manley said detectives assigned to the homicide unit detained the man and interviewed him after he called 911 shortly after the shooting. The man said he had shot someone who approached his vehicle during the demonstration and pointed a weapon at him.

The victim of the shooting was Garrett Foster, 28, and he died of multiple gunshot wounds......

....The chief said after the vehicle turned into a crowd of protesters and was honking its horn, witnesses observed Foster holding an AK-47-type assault rifle and approach the driver's side window as some protesters pounded on the vehicle.

After the gunfire, another person with a gun opened fire on the vehicle as it sped away, Manley said.

He said that person was detained and released after being interviewed by homicide detectives.

The chief said the individual had a concealed carry license, as did the person who shot Foster.

Their guns and Foster’s weapon were seized as evidence, as well as the vehicle, he said.

BLM/ANTI mob violence in cities across the country this past weekend. Bottom line is, if you're driving at night, downtown, in any mid-major sized deep blue cities (which is most of them), you should be armed..

Need more Sheriffs like Nevada Douglas County sheriff who in a letter addressed to the county library board of trustees on Monday told them not to call 911 if they support BLM (The sheriff later met with the library and said his office would continue to respond to 911 calls from the library), but point made. Need more public officials willing to call out BLM for what they are.
"To support this movement is to support violence and to openly ask for it to happen in Douglas County. Due to your support of Black Lives Matter and the obvious lack of support or trust with the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, please do not feel the need to call 911 for help. I wish you good luck with disturbances and lewd behavior since those are just some of the recent calls my office has assisted you with in the past."

The Black Lives Matter movement openly calls all law enforcement corrupt and racist on their website. They call for the defunding of police, and we have seen how a lack of active law-enforcement has worked in Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon. Numerous Black Lives Matter protests have resulted in violence, property damage and the closing of local businesses, sometimes permanently."....

...Coverley provided statistics on officer-involved fatal shootings and outlined what he described as the “national rebellion on law enforcement” seen during the 2016 presidential year is repeating itself in 2020.

“The tragic and preventable death of George Floyd at the hands of four Minneapolis Police officers shined a national spotlight on bad actors within the law enforcement profession. At the same time, data simply does not support claims that law enforcement is systemically racist or structurally biased. Despite the lack of available evidence to support the anti-police narrative, it proliferates and has spawned radical reactions such as the current calls to 'defund the police,' as well as increases in violence against police—ranging from assaults to assassinations."

Citing FBI data, Coverley said in 2019 there were nine fatal shootings of unarmed black persons – which was down from 38 in 2015 -- and 19 fatal shooting of unarmed white persons – which was down from 32 in 2015. He said those deaths represent 0.1 percent of all black homicide victims and 0.3 percent of all white homicide victims.
