why are the seats different colors? and why not hang signs or banners to cover up the concrete walls.

Seats are different colors because that is they way they are. I don't know why, they have been for years. Some would like to see them purple and yellow but that costs money...something UNI doens't have.

Visited with AD Dannen at the Spring Game and he told me and Oldcat that the seats are the next big money priority, whenever, as clenz alludes to, that money comes.

Ideally, those seats will be full of spectators during games, so it won't matter.

And if you have nothing better to do at a football stadium than stare at the walls and b#tch about the decor, then perhaps you should just stay home and watch Bravo or something. All the decoration that is needed takes place on the lower north wall (with the conference championships and playoff appearances), which gets added to on a regular basis. And of course a National Championship banner or two would really tie the room together.

We went in their yesterday and it really didn't look done. The midfield logo didn't look good at all. A lot of mess to clean up too. Some of the stripes didn't come all the way to the sideline. They must have done a lot yesterday.

They aren't completely done, however, they are done enough that the webcam won't really notice any difference. So they are saving money by taking it down, from what I know

Very nice UNI, I love seeing FCS school upgrade facilities, My good friend just talked to the SID @ EWU a few days ago, & Easterns next upgrade will be a new led screen for Reese Court, So hoping Im guessing EWU's new turf will be coming after the 2010 season.
