Now reading Daniel Okrent’s The Guarded Gate, about the American immigration restrictionists and eugenicists of the early 20th century. Okrent is much preachier here than he was in Last Call, but it’s a good read.

I've started the the Jack Ryan saga. Currently on Patriot Games. I like these simple reads. :nod:

Trying to get through some financial books like The Options Playbook.

I’m going back to the basics for a while. I just started Plato’s “Republic” after not having read him in at least 25 years.
