alright OpieGsu maybe you should put some intelligent comments on here. Montana has been a powerhouse team for a while now in the FCS making it to the playoffs for 13 years in a row. Not a minor achievement. And appaholic the Griz cant get out of Missoula? Not true at all. It seems that APP state is built around Edwards so its quiet simple, if Edwards goes down, APP State will go down. Even though they are a great team it seems they are putting to much on this one guy.

Delaware and Appalachian State are the probably the two best teams I've ever seen play in Washington Grizzly stadium. And that's saying something because I've seen every game ever played in that stadium.

AE was out for four games last season and we didnt lose one of them. the reason our offense is so ridiculous is because we DONT base it around one guy. we have so many options that the defense has no clue where the ball is going. where is the weak point in our offense? point it out. usually everybody says AE's arm but apparently that aint true.

The Minuteman didn't become our mascot until then...but The Minuteman had a gun in 1672 at the formation of the Bay State militia...and on April 19, 1775 at Lexington...

Yeah SURE......I guess Daniel Boone didn't have a gun.....kidda like that episode of "South Park" where in "Saving Pvt. Ryan" they were landing at Normandy with just walkie talkies. Ole" Daniel , and his ancestors, had a gun prior to your unruly masses firing at those nice young men in their decorative Christmas red clothing in the former Province of Massachusetts Bay.

Also.....Edwards was not even at Appalachian a couple of years ago when we won the National Championship. He was only a soph. this year. Plus we have his clone coming in next year to get ready for 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. Sorry, Charlie.

Good luck to NDSU as well and I am very interested to watch the Bison compete in the Gateway and the playoffs this year. I have heard that NDSU has done some good work recruiting this year so I am sure they are going to be a tough one again this year. Also just so you know I am a Griz fan, not an App. fan to clear up any confusion just in case.



BTW BisonStudent, get posting! You have all the time in the world being a student and NDSU, Griz, and App. fans seem to like to pick on each other quite a bit.

I wish I had to time to post all the time! I know we all like to pick on each other but it is a lot more respectful than und, which we hate with a passion. Seems like the whole gateway had a great recruiting season. Will be a fun year! I really do admire how Montana recruits though; half of their team is from Montana. You don't see that too much. Very cool in my opinion.

I'm surprised the whole team isn't from Montana.......seeing how the Griz never seem to leave Missoula to play a game.....
