We’re those judges themselves not elected to rule on the great state of Wisconsin’s Laws?

With a pandemic raging in the state and the attempt to compromise the postal service’s ability to deliver in a timely fashion, and the precedent of allowing late votes to be counted in April’s primary there is only one sure and fair deadline which is the post mark.

This is is akin to requiring them to be delivered by 4:30 pm and your mailman is late getting back to the office due to a flat tire.

Why do you hate improvisation in a time of crisis, state’s rights and counting every legally cast ballot?

I don't know if judges in Wisconsin are elected or appointed. Regardless, their job is to rule on the laws not to change them to what they think is right. If they're unconstitutional, they should be struck down and the legislature can try again.

FTR, I agree that the window should be extended under these circumstances but that is the legislature's and executive's jobs.
