I agree that Fauci is a bureaucrat but you could just as easily argue that Atlas is a partisan hack. His peers at Stanford have condemned his actions.

I don't think we really know yet and probably won't until we have a significantly better understanding of COVID-19.

This is what a huge majority of America doesn't grasp. The life sciences aren't cut and dry, and there is even an art to practicing them.
