I can't find a reputable website that says Dominion Voting used Orion, which is the SolarWinds product that was compromised.

And Ron on Twitter is as trustworthy as The Epoch Times or The Conservative Treehouse.
Hmm.

Let's use some critical thinking skills.

1) CodeMonkeyZ is a random person. He's hardly an authority on anything.
2) Serv-U is a SolarWinds Product. It's an IT Security product. Orion, the compromised tool, is a separate, IT Network Management tool. :suspicious:
3) Why go through the trouble of editing your application, and then code testing it, pushing it out and then having the receiving company update it 0- if you're going to keep the link to your company? Have you ever pushed out a non critical, app update? Even if you're just changing the name, a color or something that has no bearing on the functionality, it takes more than a day or so.
4) Again - why scrub the company name but not the product name?
5) I don't know, but are those images legit?
6) Again - CodeMonkeyZ is a random Twitter account. Why should he be trusted?

You're overlooking the simple fact critical thinking isn't allowed on this board. 8-)

More seriously, I don't buy into ANYTHING until the end. I've seen way too much of a narrative being crap over the last 10+ years with any sort of media or social media.

I have followed that link though and the Serv U is now missing. It goes to Dominionvoting.com so the screenshots arent altered. I would bet it was simply removed to help avoid headache in regards to your #2 point.

In another sign of the lingering unrest over President Donald Trump's election loss, an Arizona group sent the National Archives in Washington, D.C., notarized documents last week intended to deliver, wrongly, the state's 11 electoral votes for him.

Copies of the documents obtained by The Arizona Republic show a group that claimed to represent the "sovereign citizens of the Great State of Arizona" submitted signed papers casting votes for what they want: a second term for Trump and Vice President Mike Pence.

Mesa resident Lori Osiecki, 62, helped created a facsimile of the "certificate of ascertainment" that is submitted to formally cast each state's electoral votes as part of an effort to prevent what she views as the fraudulent theft of the election.

"We seated before the legislators here. We already turned it in. We beat them to the game," she said.

Osiecki said she and others associated with a group called "AZ Protect the Vote" have attended the postelection rallies protesting the results, including the daylong meeting in Phoenix that included Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani. She left that gathering upset that Gov. Doug Ducey wasn't supporting the president's efforts and she wanted to take further action. She and the others chose electors as a result.

"One thing I will say about conservatives, is if something is wrong, and we have lost — a true loss — then we accept," she said. "We're not going to drag people through the mud and fight it. But this clearly has got issues. I saw it with my own eyes and my own research. After that hearing, I was shocked we didn't have any other marching orders."

Yeah- but that guy wasn't fired until AFTER he said the election was secure. He wasn't fired b/c of policy. Trump doesn't care about policy. He was fired b/c he didn't bend the knee. He was fired b/c he undermined Trump's lies of voter fraud.

The hack infiltrated thousands companies, government agencies and organizations and got in through the vendor. The Treasury and Commerce departments weren't specifically targeted and hacked.
Can you confirm this timeline? So thousands of companies get hacked and the cyber security guru shouldn't be held accountable? Mmkay.

LOL
A former Houston police captain was arrested after allegedly running a man off the road and threatening him at gunpoint — what prosecutors say was part of an elaborate attempt to find evidence for a false conspiracy theory of widespread voter fraud in Harris County.

Mark Aguirre was working on behalf of a powerful Republican megadonor’s group to investigate unsubstantiated claims of widespread voter fraud when, in October, he allegedly pulled a gun on a man described by the Harris County district attorney’s office as an “innocent and ordinary” air conditioner repairman.

Aguirre was arrested Tuesday, according to the Harris County district attorney’s office.

Prosecutors say Aguirre’s election fraud claims were baseless and that he was paid $266,400 by the group Liberty Center for God and Country, whose CEO is prominent Texas right-wing activist Steven Hotze.

Hotze was among a group of Republicans who unsuccessfully sued to have nearly 127,000 Harris County ballots tossed out this year. He was also among Republicans who tried — and failed — to stop Gov. Greg Abbott from extending early voting during the coronavirus pandemic, a suit for which Aguirre had provided an affidavit, stating that he was involved in an investigation into a “wide-ranging and fraudulent ballot harvesting scheme” in Harris County.

Jared Woodfill, a spokesperson and attorney for Hotze, confirmed that the Liberty Center hired a company led by Aguirre to investigate voter fraud ahead of the 2020 election. The company contracted approximately 20 private investigators to work on claims of fraudulent ballots in Harris County and other places in Texas. Woodfill said he was aware of Aguirre’s arrest but had not yet heard Aguirre’s side of the story.

So they've been investigating voter fraud since October...right? And now it's December...and there still isn't any evidence. Hmmm...how peculiar. Democrats must be more clever than we originally thought.

Oh, they've been investigating it since long before October. :D
Trump commission did not find widespread voter fraud

The now-disbanded voting integrity commission launched by the Trump administration uncovered no evidence to support claims of widespread voter fraud, according to an analysis of administration documents released Friday.

In a letter to Vice President Mike Pence and Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, who are both Republicans and led the commission, Maine Secretary of State Matthew Dunlap said the documents show there was a “pre-ordained outcome” and that drafts of a commission report included a section on evidence of voter fraud that was “glaringly empty.”

Shouldn't they have at least checked the updates? I realize when SolarWinds sends out an update, you assume it to be clean, but shouldn't CISA be a cut above?

No. SolarWinds should've caught it in their reviews. You don't do a code review every time Google/Apple/Microsoft sends you an update for your phone or PC do you? The CISAs mission isn't to spot check when a vendor updates itself. That's an unreasonable demand to put on them. The onus of security is on the individual company. The government is too large for that. At work, we do check updates that come through, but we can't check them all and it's an extremely taxing job. If it's extremely difficult for 2nd largest bank in the US/8th largest in the world then I can't imagine how difficult it would be for the US government to heck the updates of every single technology vendor it utilizes. :twocents:

I've read the SolarWinds' server password was simply "solarwinds123". They're accountable. :ohno:

:twocents:

And yet people are lining up to put their health in the hands of the government. Sounds like double standards to me. :coffee:

The Wisconsin Supreme Court on Monday rejected President Donald Trump's lawsuit attempting to overturn his loss to Democrat Joe Biden in the battleground state, ending Trump's legal challenges in state court about an hour before the Electoral College was to meet to cast the state's 10 votes for Biden.

Is this the 51st lawsuit to fail?

Of course, this is more proof of the Deep State, Republican/Democratic Bi-Partisan Cabal, Voting Machine Corporation Conspiracy to deprive our greatest President since Lincoln a 2nd Term. Why is our President too weak to stop this?! WHY?! I THOUGHT HE WAS STRONGER!
In one sense it hasn't failed - he's raking in millions for his "Legal Defense Fund". Milking sheep....
