I’m not “scapegoating” anyone. He wants 11,000,000 more Dem voters. That’s the ONLY reason they push this agenda. They’re looking for new voting blocks. But the trade off is they’re losing the union vote with actions like this.....so, yin and yang.
All I’m saying is those 11,000,000 will wield a significant amount of power. Hell, they already do!

Re: Imbecile Nation
Looks like it's from here: https://www.skeptic.com/research-center ... ES-007.pdf
So let's say the research is correct, here's one of the conclusions of the "study" (this is hardly a study btw):
"Adjusted for the number of law enforcement agencies that have yet to provide data, this number may be higher, perhaps between 60-100."
Then for some reason - acknowledging only very liberal - it goes on to say: "Yet, over half (53.5%) of those reporting “very liberal” political views estimated that 1,000 or more unarmed Black men were killed."
I mean at that point, we can also say almost half of conservatives and very conservative underestimate the amount of deaths. Just odd to have a conclusion for one of the groups but no other, although it does conclude this as well:
"Our overall findings indicate that people are uninformed regarding the available data on fatal police shootings in the US."
So basically everyone doesn't know.
That said, how is this chart proof of anyone - conservative or liberal - living in a bubble? I don't understand the correlation. Is the implication that people not knowing some specific set of data means they live in a bubble?

Re: Imbecile Nation
When you factor in the number of interactions between black men and police, is it fair to say that there is a lot of unfounded hysteria about the number of unarmed black men who are killed by police? It is a problem but it is not an epidemic.∞∞∞ wrote: ↑Tue Feb 23, 2021 12:49 pm Looks like it's from here: https://www.skeptic.com/research-center ... ES-007.pdf

Hey now. I call BS on that claim as Southern Canada ends on the SD/ND border. It does not extend into the cesspool that happens to be Illinois as even good-natured Canadians will only put up with so much graft and corruption.

The best thing to do is to break Illinois into pieces right now. Just wipe us off the map. Cut us out of America's heartland and let neighboring states carve us up and take the best chunks for themselves.
