Seriously...the last time I was at the DMV for a license renewal it was remarkably efficient and fast. I literally remember laughing about it.

My experience at the DMV was markedly different and I was fortunate not to need to go in during the height of the pandemic because the availability of government services was typically much worse than private-sector services during that time.

How exactly are you posting that image? Are you using government-developed hardware (phone or computer)? Are you using government-developed software/apps (Chrome, Safari, etc.). The government might have developed the Internet but it took private sector involvement to blossom into the world wide web. Let the government stick to infrastructure and let the private sector build the businesses, create the jobs and provide the goods and services that capitalize on that infrastructure.

She isn’t laying hands on the guy to pass positive energy to him. She’s trying to get fingers in his face and he came with one step up, and when he accomplished the goal of getting her out of his face he didn’t pursue. Totally appropriate.
