Don't know if you are serious. Tucker had his communications intercepted because he was trying to get an interview with Putin, which is fine. The issue is that Tuckers identity was unmasked and then his communications leaked, which is very bad.

This shit happens all the time and was at the heart of the Russia collusion bullshit. Obama admin got caught using contractors to perform 702 searches on political opposition, so they drum up a fake FISA to start surveiling again.

A perfect example of how this works, look up James Wolfe and our SSCI. Guy got caught giving the whole unredacted Carter Page FISA application to his news reporter girlfriend. When caught, he threatened to subpoena members of the SSCI, and magically, they wrote wonderful letters for him and he only received a slap on the wrist. The SSCI knew it would be exposed that they purposely leak material to their favorite news orgs.

Apparently the chewing out by Colyer wasn't enough, because two years later in 2019, they got chewed out by the new FISA head judge, judge Boasberg - report widely available on the internet. Can't remember, but it might have been due to Mueller's butchering of their FISAs. Same thing. Super mad and tells them not to do it again.

Boasberg finally gets one of the lying culprits in Kevin Clinesmith, who knowingly lied in the Carter Page FISA, and slaps him on the wrist with probation. Carter Page was an informant for the CIA and the guy lied so they could surveil Carter Page as a Russian asset. The real irony is that Carter Page helped the CIA convict a Russian before "turning" on America.

Needless to say, it happens, but Washington ain't interested in prosecuting the leakers anymore than they were in prosecuting FARA until Trump showed up.
