No, that's not true. You can buy a BLM flag and you can burn it in protest and be protected by the 1A. You can't go onto private property, steal a BLM flag, and then later burn it. That's destruction of property. That and having in his possession illegally two large capacity ammunition clips. It's the details that got him. :thumb:
